Here at Central security support, we value all of our staff. Whether it be a cleaner, a security officer, a security manager or a member of the office staff. Each and every one of the staff are important to us. These are the staff that work hard endlessly and represent our company through the assignments on different locations. Our highly trained staff do a good job in representing our company and work alongside our partners, in order to do the job they are assigned to well and in compliance with our partner be needs. They will be trained before being deployed to an assignment and have ongoing training whilst they are on that assignment.
For this reason we have set up a recognition and reward scheme for all our staff to show them we as a business care about them their welfare and performance. We are here to recognise the good job they do and also the representation of our business. With our recognition and reward scheme we also run a community chest. So every time one of our staff gets a recognition reward we will put the same value of money into the community chest.

Anybody can nominate a colleague for a reward, they must also state the reason why they are nominating the person and what they have done to deserve this award. The board of directors then will assess the nomination and give the award a status this will be then delivered in person by the managing director to the person receiving the award, and a full presentation will be given to acknowledge the good outstanding work the person has done.
Gold Award-£100 + £50 to spend in any high street store of your choice
Silver Award- £ 75 + £35 to spend in any high street store of your choice
Bronze Award – £50 + £25 to spend in any high street store of your choice
We as an organisation are focused on giving back to the community
We are a caring company, and understand the need to support the communities that our staff and partners are involved in. We have therefore set up a Community Chest that we utilise for their communities.
How this works
Every time one of our employees gets a recognition reward we will put the same value of money into the community chest for example
This can then be utilised by our staff and our partners for the communities that they are linked to. We as an organisation are focused on giving back to the community.
All submissions will be addressed by the board of directors and then funds made available to the charity in question.
